Marcelo Aziz Wins WSOPC Event #01 and Earns Second Ring

Brazil Poker’s first major title takes place this Thursday (01) in Las Vegas, albeit not at the physical tables. The online platform WSOP.com was a success, with legend Marcelo Aziz winning his second ring in the series.

Marcelo Aziz also took advantage of the online grind in a WSOP Circuit Series event hosted by WSOP.com for Nevada and New Jersey players concurrently with the online bracelet event. Chance to practice, won in Event #01, earning him another bracelet in the series.

The Corinthians player concedes his team’s top scorer and directs his ‘rguedes10’ account, He beat his opponent in Event #01. The $100 NLH 6-Max had 623 entries and a guaranteed prize pool of $75,000. Marcelo didn’t give his opponent a chance and earned $15,499 and his second ring of the series.

The Sao Paulo player accomplished the feat within three months of a magical week at GGPoker. There, he won Event 03 of the series and became the two-time GGMasters High Roller $1,050 winner in a row. Congrats Marcelo!
